they then tried to charge us for the food we had on the complimentary credit. they gave us complimentary credit to our room to use in the restaurants in planet hollywood and also 2 nights resort fee back.Ĭheck out was pretty back, place was so busy and they had tried to charge us 3 times for late check out. My husband complained and they tried to say that the room cleaning service was a nice to have and weren't obliged to clean the rooms every day (not what the maid said to us though). we were there for 15 nights and went 5 days without towels being changed/beds being changed, then additional 2 days (over a weekend). We have been to Last Vegas a number of times now but this is first time post-pandemic and first time in Planet Hollywood, we found check-in ok but found the room cleaning service poor mainly due to not getting done regularly.
